If you want waterfront beach access on a budget - this is the place for you . It definitely is a backpackers - the rooms are basic and have a fan (no aircon) the place is spacious but be aware that you can hear everything so don’t expect a quiet stay . The bar and restore are perfect for people wanting and all inclusive stay
