First and foremost, the description of the location was horrible. It took us 10 minutes to find it and once we did, the door wasn’t labeled with the house number and it’s a townhome/condo, so we had no clue which unit was ours. On the way to get the key, I slipped on the ice- which coated the stairs and the walkway. They had no salt on site nor did they have a first aid kit. I gashed my hand, my knee, and (awaiting the drs appt) pretty sure I broke my wrist. On top of that, the house was scarce with supplies and not stocked like other vrbos. They had one bathroom and it was upstairs. They also stated the tub was jetted and it was not jetted; just a large bath tub. We tried to use it and after letting the tub water run for 30 minutes, it still wasn’t filled up. The rubber stopper wasn’t holding water in the tub. Very disappointed overall and really concerned that they had no salt or a shovel on site in the Minnesota winter!
