I tried to stay here about a month ago and it was a terrible experience. Short story, we arrive and are given the wrong room (which was dirty, i have pics) with a lower occupancy than stated on Orbitz (no sofa bed), are treated adversarially by the front desk when i try to explain the problem, end up having to stay accross the street even though the room we had paid for
(at a higher rate than was currently listed) was available. Refund was never given when manager was contacted by both Orbitz and myself.
Who runs a hotel like this? How easy a fix is it to say "Oh, yes i see your orbitz reservation was for the room with a sofa-bed, we have that room available and you paid more than we are asking for that room, lets switch you over, no problem!" Instead they want to play a blame game with orbitz, while giving me attitude, and i end up getting stuck with paying for two rooms, eventhough the fault is somewhere between these two large companies.
Basically, the owner of the manager/owner of this hotel cares more about pocketing my nightly fee than he does about his customers or the long term prospects of the hotel. Stay somewhere else, as others have said, if there is a problem, you are SOL.
