This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Our room faced Main Street—traffic noise. One suggestion is more outlets for electronics. One outlet didn’t work at all. We had to charge 2 phones, watch, hearing aid, CPAP machine, iPad. If we come again, I’ll bring a power strip.

Dubuque Iowa visit

This was the first time we have stayed at this hotel . We went to Dubuque to check out the sites. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.The room was large and comfortable and clean. The only down side is that there were no grab bars in the shower. The shower was easy to get into however, I think that these bars would help not only older people but any one. The shower had a light which was nice. Would stay again.

Very nice classic old hotel. Modern Amenities in a classic old Hotel. It shows it's age, but that's part of its charm. Also enjoyed the free Tesla Charger (shhh, don't tell anyone). Lots of family/kid traffic from the pool to the room. The little ones looked like they had enjoyed the pool...

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. The staff is efficient if not super friendly. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool, though were sad that our second day there it was closed for maintenance. The location is great as well. Highly recommend.
