Everything was good except our room the bed was upstairs and the air conditioning was not good for upstairs ( bedroom ) downstairs with the kitchen was super cold but bedroom was hot even they had fan in bedroom

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Villa Lukas. The villa is in a great spot right above town (just a 10-15 walk). Luka was very kind and accommodating and the property itself is impressive. The pool was incredibly relaxing and our room was very clean and spacious. We only wish we had more time here!

Have stayed here twice now and both times service and helpfulness is excellent. To get into cavtat you go down a steep hill but we are retired and didnt have any problem walking back in an evening

Absolutely amazing! One of the most perfectly kept places we have stayed. Luka was very welcoming and the duplex apartment was perfect. The honesty bar was a lovely surprise! Pool also great. Quick walk into Cavtat which is gorgeous and easy to get boat to Dubrovnik. Loved all of the art work too. Absolutely recommend - gorgeous place to stay. Thank you Luka!

Apartments Villa Lukas is a fantastic place to stay! The entire hotel is super cute and artistically designed. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It’s just a short walk to the rocky beaches, which are beautiful, and close to bus stops, making it easy to explore the area. They also offer laundry service, which is great if you’ve been traveling around Europe. Plus, it’s not far from the airport, making arrival and departure very convenient. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and charming stay!

Lovely stay

We had a truly lovely stay at the apartments. The room was lovely and clean, comfy bed with good air conditioning and balcony. The pool area is beautiful and great you were provided with pool towels. Its a 10 minute walk to the centre but the hill really is hard work. The great thing is the bus stop is a few minutes from the apartment so my suggestion is to get the bus if you have any mobility issues. Our only negative was the shower as it never stayed a consistent temperature so we'd be in and out as quick as possible. We had a fantastic stay in Cavtat and would recommend to anyone x
