I enjoyed my stay here at apartment villa Lukas. We stayed at the VIP Gallery apartments and the view was absolutely stunning, it was split level with a double bed upstairs and a double bed sofa bed. Great facilities and everything is available for you to have a tranquil stay. I came for my birthday and was kindly given two bottle of rose for free! These little touches make you feel very welcome. Will would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere tranquil to stay in the area! The hot tub and pool was great also!

Luka & Irena are excellent. The facilities are excellent. Sauna, swimming pool,24 hr gym. Full laundry facilities. The property was extremly clean. 10-15 minute walk to the town.

Phenomenal find!

This small hotel villa is remarkable. The suite is clean and modern with anything needed for your stay. The small cafe bar is available with coffee and ice for drinks 24/7. There is a lovely pool, hot tub, sauna and massage is available with requested appointment. We lived the artistic touch by Irene, wife of Lukas, and items are available to purchase if you’d like! There is a small market nearby with any needs, especially breakfast pastries. Also a small restaurant with pizza and other dinner items in walking distance. We will recommend this hotel highly and intend to stay upon our return!

Fundamentally great.

Great price for a two bedroom apartment. Very ciean. Minimalistic furnishing. Slightly further from centre than i imagine and up a long incline for the walk home. Staff lovely. No housekeeping.. Not great location for people with walking or health issues but would recommend.

Excellent accommodation and hosts, nothing too much trouble. Airport transfers a bonus. The steep hill from the old town is not for those with mobility issues - however there is a bus - but a great way to burn off dinner!

Daniela was wonderful to deal with, but Luka was rude and abusive toward my partner. This is a glorified hostel, not a hotel. We didn’t expect that. Nobody attends the desk so you communicate only with WhatsApp which is not always timely. We didn’t understand something and instead of asking us about our issue, Luka shouted at her. I wouldn’t ever go back to Villa Lukas and would urge others to avoid it.

Very welcoming hosts and after giving a tour, they pretty much left you to it. The pool area was nice and relaxing at times and there was always a sun lounger vacant. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable and maybe a few extra or thicker pillows wouldn’t go amiss. The only gripe is the breakfast situation - the accommodation makes out that there’s a breakfast room but the reality is that there’s a fridge with cold drinks/alcohol and a machine for hot drinks. It isn’t clear that breakfast isn’t part of the deal. Thankfully there’s a small supermarket about a 2-3 minute walk so we didn’t go hungry! Overall a nice place to stay within a quieter part of Cavtat. It’s roughly a 15 minute walk down to the waterfront where all the restaurants/shops/bars etc are but it’s a hike back up the steep hill again.

We booked this less than 24 hours before arriving due to unforeseen travel challenges and were so pleased! The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I do wish the AC unit was a bit more powerful, but it kept the edge off and the fan in the unit was really helpful. While it took us a bit to get someone on the phone to when we arrived to help us check in, it was actually their hospitality that stood out. They gave us a detailed tour of the house and where to find everything and anything we could possibly need. They provided a helpful map for amenities in the area, along with how to do the 10 minute walk into town. And most of all, when we left my 4 year old's most prized stuffed animal, they quickly responded and mailed it to us. They really went above and beyond and this continued to show itself in both their interactions and how they care for the building. We'll be recommending them to everyone we know traveling to the area.
