Clean, tidy, spacious in a nice quiet area but walkable to a supermarket, bars and restaurant. Made a great base for visiting the old town - we took taxis to and from the old town

A lovely apartment that catered for all our needs. The pool was great after day trips out and the pool area is very clean. It has enough shade and enough sun traps. There is local grocery store which covers the basics. It’s about a 10 min drive to the old town and a 10/15 walk to Lapad beach, which has a row of restaurants and food places. It’s a very quiet area and very relaxing. Communication with the owner is excellent.

Reservation was not communicated between Expedia and the property so when we arrived, we technically didn’t have a room. Therefore room we booked is not what we ended up with, and was not available for our last night. We were moved to an inferior property for this night. Overall property was well managed. Property would be wise to leave more local information since this property is suburban. It would be appreciated by guests.

Ideal apartment to explore Lapad and old town!

Lovely apartment in a quiet area close to sunset beach and the port! Supermarket nearby. 7 min walk to bus stop to take you in to old town. Comfortable bed and modern finish to apartment.. would highly recommend! Andrea was very helpful and always on hand to answer any queries.

Apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fairly basic but unless you are planning to cook it is perfectly adequate. The balcony is nice but think they could have some screening to give privacy between you and your neighbours. The supplied breakfast is excellent and the pool is small but a nice extra. The location is excellent for Bol centre and the beaches.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the proximity to Lapad promenade. It took about 10 mins to walk there to the various restaurants and the beach. There is a small supermarket just around the corner as well for basic needs. Andrea the property manager was very helpful with providing a late arrival check in.

Great studio apartment with necessary facilities for a short break. A little out of town but that also was a nice bonus if you like walking, close to beaches of Babin Kuk. There was a bit of road/pathway works by the harbour which made transit over a little rough ground, but local buses allowed access to miss….(which don’t show on map apps!)

Gorgeous stay, clean modern room, staff available by WhatsApp when needed and around the property occasionally. Walking distance to many bars/restaurants. Ubers used to get to beaches (15 mins). Would definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend.

Mariela was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was ready on arrival even though we arrived hours before check in. She recommended a lot of places to visit while in Dubrovnik. The apartment was really comfortable and in an ideal location - near a shop and a bus which brought you straight to Pile gate.

Lovely property and a nice quiet location with quick access to old town, the stores and restaurants. Nice pool area! Could have been a few more pillows/blankets for the bed but overall really enjoyed the apartment. Beautiful city!

Nous avons séjourné presque 1 semaine dans un joli studio tout équipé (clim, serviettes de toilettes et de plage, produits de toilette, café, condiments...). La réside de seulement 4 logements est située dans une rue très calme et en même temps très proche de tout (supérette à 100m, supermarché Tommy à 15mn à pied, 5/10mn du port de plaisance et ses nombreux bars et restaurants, de nombreuses lignes de bus à proximité). Andréa la responsable est joignable à tout moment. C'était tout simplement parfait 👍
