Location was great. Just around the corner from a shopping centre and other main shopping streets. Airport express bus service has a bus stop only 5 minutes away from hotel.

Location, Location, Location! Close to everything and clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here! The staff was friendly and the hotel was a nice reprieve after a month of travel throughout Europe.

The hotel is a bit run down, but clean enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, when we arrived on the first day, there was a problem with housekeeping so we were not able to check in right away. Then, when we could check in we were informed that the hotel had no hot water. Hot water did not come until late that evening. Then overnight, the whole hotel lost water completely and it did not come back on for about 16hours. No refunds or reimbursements were offered.

Definitely Recommend!

The desk staff was great - allowing me to keep my luggage in storage before check-in and after check-out, so I wouldn't have to lug it around Dublin. Sarah was amazing, helpful, and followed up on stuff for me and my small dog. Cleaning/accommodations staff was efficient, professional, quick and thorough. Basic amenities, a little behind on updates, but I had everything I needed. Great location, allowed my dog, super clean. Will stay again when I'm in Dublin.

SARAH WE LOVE YOU!! Eva and Guilherme, too. The rooms were bigger than I expected, very clean, loved the bed and the extra pillows was a nice touch! Love that we were greeted with an offer of a hairdryer, if we needed one. Looks like freshly painted, I had a very quiet room in the back and the clip clop of horses on the cobble street just set the mood for our adventure in Ireland. Birds singing out the window and great location to everything....Would book again in an instant. Thanks crew!!!
