Staff at reception tried to charge me twice for breakfast. I had to show them the transaction on my phone, the receipt, and the last four digits on my card that I used to pay, before they would believe me that I had paid. The hotel is ok, but if it wasn't for the location being handy for my nearby business meetings, I couldn't stay there.

Accomodating & reasonable price for last min res

Pretty happy with the hotel, there is under ground car park although I am sure I was told it was included when I paid at the hotel but had to pay on exit, I didn't have time to check so potentially reception told me it wasn't included and I misheard. We booked last minute due to ferry time changes. They accommodated a travel cot at a last minute request and it was set up in the room for us. Reasonable price and was a nice and clean hotel.

Excellent Value for Money. My only complaint is the safe in our room did not work and the pole for drawing the curtain had detached from the curtain. Otherwise, lovely hotel, lovely staff and very clean.
