Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The Manger, Haroun does a great job running this hotel. He is repsonsive, professional and efficient. I recommend this hotel to anyone who whats a safe and clean place to stay, close to the Dublin City Centre.

It was a short overnight stay before heading to a morning flight. Check-in was quick. Friendly staff at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Good climate controls. The shower had good pressure and an excellent head. The toilet paper dispenser was a bit weird. All the other places we stayed in Ireland on our trip had toilet paper rolls. This one dispensed interfolded squares. Trivial, in the big picture, but still odd. Overall, I would recommend this for its value and location.

Pictures online were misleading with the size of the rooms. The price was high for what you get as far as amenities, space, and location. The staff was always very friendly and helpful during our stay. We did have an issue with early check-in, we emailed months ahead a time asking if we could check in early and they responded saying we could just show up and pay an extra fee. When we got there the front desk said we would have needed to book and early check in ahead of time. The miscommunication led to some inconvenience with being able to freshen up after our flight. Overall the stay was comfortable, just a little over priced.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Waited 2 hours for food, 2 people never received food, completely wrong food delivered to the table and nothing arrived together. There was 6 of us, 2 had finished eating completely before the other ( wrong items) arrived. My poor kid was asleep at the table waiting for her food and just gave up on eating. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was delicious and great value.
