I am very disappointed that we had an issue when booking using the Hotels.com app and your Hotel did not refund the booking. I would have stayed at the Hotel if the booking was confirmed on the app. I had to stay at another Hotel and notified Hotels.com when this happened. They blamed Castleknock Hotel for not refunding the booking. This was a technical issue and I am the one that takes the extra cost. hotels.com and your hotel profited from a technical issues and i am at a loss. Very disappointing from both organisations.

Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in.
