Property was tidy over all. Pool and surrounds were good. Cabin had cob webs and dust build up. Was one of the older cabins, could do with coat of paint from wall scuffs and wear and tear. Jumping pillow was out of action under maintenance. Staff were friendly.

Easy after office hours check in. Detailed map to find our glamping tent. Neat and tidy accommodation. There was a food van in the park which meant we didn’t have to leave again to get dinner - a big plus! The security gate made it feel very safe. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Dishes in the cupboard were still wet from being washed. The Velcro window covers inside the tent also kept falling down, I had to try putting these back up daily. Heater made absolutely no difference with the cold, but that was my fault - tents aren’t insulated and I booked one in the peak of winter. Everyone was friendly though, and the place feels very safe. Apart from these aspects, the stay was pretty comfortable.

The Discovery Parks Dubbo was the Best caravan park we have ever stopped at. The cabin was very clean and tidy and the laundry was very clean. The camp kitchen was very clean. It's in a great location close to shops and a the attraction very family friendly and very safe and secure.

Our cabin was well appointed and warm (once the A/C was fixed) only issue was there is no extractor fan over the cooking area and leaving clothes and the room smelling of cooking . The smoke detector was only a couple of meters away.

We made a terrible decision to book a stay in a deluxe safari tent... we are not campers AT ALL, and we're all a bit precious, so what a silly thing to do! LOL We went to the office after a night and they bent over backwards to make us happy. Such incredible customer service. We were placed elsewhere, and the quality of both accommodations we experienced on our trip were great quality, clean, and utterly charming. There is a coffee cart on site, a food truck, pools, play areas, community spaces, well looked after sites, cabins and clamping tents. I can't recommend this location enough! Adding that we were then looked after again when we needed to check out rather late due to the car unexpectedly having a flat battery. Nothing was a problem for the team, and they went way above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
