I did like the hotel but I found out that all Inclusive is not Inclusive. its limited menu and pretty much all inclusive in the buffet. which also small choices of food. also when you ask something, you have to ask few people because you can't get the right answer from one person. stayed at Jw Marriott the week before and finish my trip 3 days at the W palm. what a difference in food, customer service and rooms. big difference, they need to copy JW on everything, even the staff.

5-Star Review W Dubai – The Palm is simply outstanding! The amenities are impeccable, the food is absolutely delicious, and the pools are sparkling clean. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My husband and I chose to celebrate our honeymoon in Dubai and decided to stay at this hotel — and it was the best decision. A very special thank you to Aldilla, Prasad, Pratik, Rima, Nishant Dhawan, and Nishant 2 — you all made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We leave with the best memories and can’t wait to return soon. I highly recommend this hotel!
