Really great customer service, nice clean rooms, was impressed. However, this is construction right next to the hotel and it started very early so I'd try and ask for a room away from that. Apart from that it was great!

This is very good option if you’re looking for a smaller boutique-style hotel in a sea of mega size large hotel chains on the Palm. What made this place stand out for me was the staff. Reviewers often mention it but the staff at Voco go above and beyond. In particular CM and Glenys who helped me with everything from room quietness, to Dubai suggestions and a later check out since I had a late flight back. One other highlight of the hotel is their restaurant ‘Maison Mathis’. Diverse tasty food options, reasonable prices for Dubai and fantastic servers.

Great service from start to finish. The location was perfect, in walking distance of bars and restaurants.
