A fabulous five day sojourn

This is my all time favourite 'Go To' hotel for stay in Dubai. My room with a full creek view was awesome. The hotel has a lovely ambience. The coffee shop and Italian restaurants offer delectable cuisine and service is prompt and efficient.

SHERATON DUBAI CREEK HOTEL AND TOWERS

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at the Sheraton Dubai Creek and Towers in Dubai. Our excellent stay started with our check in with SHEROUK , who was very friendly and genuinely happy to have us stay with them. Although we had only booked a standard room , she upgraded us to a lovely Creek side room with a wonderful view , which we enjoyed thoroughly! All areas of the hotel were spotless , and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job ! The on-site pub served excellent food and also had Happy Hour each evening. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff who were always happy to help or at least offer. I don’t recall not being greeted by a smile whenever I engaged with staff members during my stay. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The room service was first class, as was the breakfast offered in Hatta restaurant.

Excellent stay - again

As a family we really like this hotel. It was the location that interested us initially but since then we have visited many time. We turned up this time to a little disappointment in that nearly all the staff we had previously built up lovely relationships had gone and had been replaced. However this disappointment was soon dispelled. All the replacement staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. A slight negative was the breakfast selection seemed too have reduced slightly, but everything was available on request. The room service was probably as good as we have had and the reception were super helpful in resolving a luggage issue with the airport. Resolved within 24 hours. We will be revisiting the Sheraton Creek Hotel and Towers.

Amazing home away from home

It was an amazing experience staying in this property. I have got the high floor room with an excellent creek view. I am impressed and found this property meeting 100% of my requirements. I have to name the mst important person at reception Ms Apurva who has extended such a loveoy hospitality to me which coincided des with the meaning of her name in our language as AMAZING. I am sure this hotel will be my permanent home in each and every stay in Dubai
