From the moment we arrived at Rixos, we knew we were in for something special—but the experience still managed to exceed our expectations in every possible way.
The standout for us was the impeccable room cleaning and attention to detail. Every day, we returned to a room that looked brand new—freshly made beds, spotless bathrooms, and even small, thoughtful touches like carefully arranged toiletries, folded towels, and a perfectly organized space that made us feel genuinely cared for. The housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-standard cleanliness, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
Beyond that, everything else about our stay was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were top-tier, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious yet welcoming.
