Not convenient to MRT station, that takes 20 mins walk. The hotel seems quite old. Cannot adjust the air con temperature. The hair dryer is dirty. And cannot use the phone to contact receiption, take quite long time to wait the lift. I don't think I will come again.

When we arrived to check in, there was no towels, and barely any toilet paper, the phone didnt work so had to go in person to sort it out There was a number of cockroaches. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had! The cleanliness was unacceptable—my room was filthy, and I found bugs crawling around. To make matters worse, there were noticeable marks on the bed that made me question how often it was cleaned. was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty, and the food served was not only unappetizing but also made me feel uneasy.

I hate this hotel, it’s a waste of money to stay in this hotel. My children could not eat the food because one of their staff was picking his nose, robbing his face, sneezed on his hand and touched the food without washing his hands. Management of the hotel is terrible, staff are rude with non challant attitude. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay. It is a total waste of money.
