Everything was great aside from the lifts/elevators. The hotel is under renovation and only 2 of the 4 lifts were working. Getting down to the lobby from floor 10 was a nightmare, with the lift stopping on every floor. It would have been quicker to have taken the stairs, if I could have found them. Everything else was great.

Lovely overnight stay

Stayed for 1 night after landing in Dubai, before moving elsewhere. Checking in process was great! Reception was warm and friendly. We were checked in early and given extra late checkout as we arrived on my birthday. Room was nice. Bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. Mixture of hard and soft pillows. Facilities were good.
