The breakfast was ok, the staff in breakfast was very nice , unfortunately the hotel has no free shuttle , they told us in morning that we can take the shuttle around 4 pm , after we check out, the hotel said we cannot use the shuttle and we can get the taxi , its a long journey for us and been stranded for almost 2 weeks and staying in this hotel, we paid our accommodation and meal , we never received any compensation from the government for this war .

The property was good and staff is good but the only complaints is we been stranded here in dubai bec of the war and i check in this hotel since feb 26- march 11 ,my complaint is just hopefully i can be reimbursed to my expenses in this hotel and the government of dubai is really helping us , but the truth is we never experienced the real news that government helping the tourists for free accommodation and meal , if we cannot afford to stay in this hotel maybe we are stock in the airport during war , i m just praying that we can go home now and if im plan to go back in dubai , i will better get the best airlines and hotel to stay

We stayed there only for a few hours before our flight. The room was clean but not well updated. It was very humid inside the room. The bed sheets were very old with wholes. Overall we had a good few hours of stay.

Adequate for the price paid & location to the airport. Booked a room with a sofa bed. At check in (9pm), was advised housekeeping would need to go & make up the sofa bed. Went for food & 2 hours later still not done. Called reception & waited 20 minutes. Still no one arrived. I went to reception & finally got it done. Tried a couple of hot items at breakfast (omelette & beans). Neither were hot.
