Friendly Staff, accommodating and willing to go extra mile for customers satisfaction. We were there for 18 nights. They made us feel very special. They even decorated the living room for my wife and son’s birthday as complimentary service.

When I decided to stay at this hotel I carefully read all the reviews. I am glad I discounted the negative reviews. I had a wonderful stay here. I didn't realize that the room came with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and cooking and eating dishes. The apartment was very clean. There was a grocery store very close by. The staff helped me with every question that I had during my stay. The morning or evening staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Even the grocery store attendant carried my purchases to my hotel room. The room was cleaned every day. The taxi drivers all know this hotel which made it easy for me. I always took the taxi to or from the Metro. It is 12 dirhams I used the business center and the printers a couple of times. They always worked very well. I slept very well. I was never disturbed by outside sounds. I stayed in the Golden Sands 5 room 614. There are at least 10 different Golden Sands. But I couldn't be any happier with the staff at where I stayed. They are so helpful and made my stay fantastic.

The bathroom and shower walls can be better maitained. There were mildew in between the tiles on the wall, which could be fixed if management wants to. Overall, the Golden Sans 5 is within proximity of many things; Al Maya supermarket 5 minutes walking distance. Lebanese village 10 minutes walking distance. Al Fahidi metro station 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel appartment was safe, cosy and affordable.
