We loved our stay at this hotel, it was beautiful and would definitely stay again. The only thing was the lifts - maybe more needed for the capacity and size of the hotel - but I know that would be difficult. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Staff were rude and terrible. They failed to resolve the major issue we faced during our stay ( room that had terrible smoke on the 2nd day of the stay. Fridge failed and soiled all of our baby food, washer failed.. list goes on.. ) Will not stay here again. Will not recommend to anyone with small kids.

The room was comfortable and the hotel overall was good. However it was tough at times to get on the elevator as they were small and serviced many floors. The hotel rooms could also use some upgrades.

I really liked this hotel and yhe room was a Junior Suite was very spacious. The elevator takes time sometimes but if your are staying in top floors which are worth the view, its worth the wait. Breakfast buffet was good and pool view was amazing.
