The beach front was ruined. There was loud music at all times, till so late in the night. That was the only thing I hated about the stay and hence I won’t be coming back. I wanted to be near the beach but couldn’t use it

Our stay was fantastic, thank you. Our one slight criticism would be that we found it very difficult to find somewhere to sit in the sun on the beach and around the pool. Practically all the sun beds had towels on them but were never occupied.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited. The room and facilities were immaculate. The staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. We enjoyed halfboard and were able to experience several of the on site restaurants. The teams were able to accommodate dietary requirements quite easily and there were plenty of options. Thank you to Kalorus and Edan for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we always felt looked after. Thank you to Rodgers for starting off our 5* experience immediately and for keeping it up throughout!

Beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. We arrived very early and they managed to get us to our room before 9am which after a long haul flight was great. We only ate once on site at the breakfast buffet. This was ok. Only issue we had was not huge selection and many small children running around and not many staff or parent supervision to access to food etc around handling. Not sure it was worth the cost. Overall great location close to mall and all the best beach bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Dubai

Amazing hotel! We spent 6 nights here and had the best time. The hotel has loads of restaurants, pools and a couple of bars. Little miss India was our favourite restaurant and the poolside food was amazing. Service was 10/10. Hotel is walkable to the Golden Mile where there are shops and also walkable to the Palm Jumeriah Mall which is great. We went to the spa one day and the staff were amazing and couldn’t do more for you!

Great honeymoon stay

Went for our honeymoon. They did a little surprise for us. Was nice. Generally the hotel is great though. A combination of great staff and facilities. The breakfast is a must as it’s probably the best mix of everything. The staff were great. Nice gym with small sauna and steam rooms which weren’t expected! The hotel from the roadside doesn’t give it justice to how grand it is.

Exceptional property! Located close to Nakheel Mall and well-connected to clubs, bars, restaurants, and neighboring hotels along the beach via a charming cobbled path behind the property. Complimentary buggy rides are available throughout the day. Highlights included the Indian restaurant (Miss India), the Vuvuzela Pub (small but lively), and fresh sushi - often part of the buffet. The staff were all unique, incredibly friendly, and eager to help. Not once did we encounter anyone who was rude or unprofessional. Perfect for families and young children!

This was our second stay at the Fairmont. Unfortunately, I suffered an injury during my stay but hotel staff and management were helpful and tried there best to assist with the situation. The nurse at the hotel also does a great job of looking after the guests. The hotel is very relaxing with great facilities. The food in Flow Kitchen and Asian Fusion was great and we enjoyed it very much. I would also like to mention most of the staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and care about their guests.
