We were a little disappointed with our stay here in Dubai. After visiting before and staying in a different hotel we expected a really high level of service, we also just travelled from Oman where the customer service was phenomenal. We found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, our room overlooked a building site which was extremely noisy. Considering this was a special occasion as we were celebrating our honeymoon which the hotel was aware off it wasn't a great start. When I return to Dubai I would not stay here again as I expected more.
