I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay. Despite my prior arrangements and willingness to cover the cost, airport pickup was not provided. Furthermore, I was not assigned the King Size room I had reserved, and instead received a twin-bedded room. The 4th-floor entrance, which serves as a SPA reception, was an unexpected and somewhat inconvenient arrangement. I believe the rooms are in need of renovation, as evidenced by the broken toilet accessories. To compound these issues, my request for a late checkout was denied by a manager in a manner I found unprofessional, despite a initial confirmation from another manager.
