Quiet relaxing Tiny Home

Loved this lil tiny home that had all the necessities inside and outside. Swings and games for fun and hot tub for relaxing. The Home came equipped with kitchen essentials. Loved staying here even if it was just for a couple nights, would have loved to stay the week. Loved that it had 2 other tiny homes on property so maybe friends can come next time but there's still plenty privacy and enough space between each home to enjoy your own time. I will say it was a bit dusty up in the loft area and the fridge and freezer could have been wiped down better but it wasn't a huge deal so ce we didn't use either of those. The drive out is a bit hidden and took time to arrive but overall I loved this place and would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

This property is exactly as described - we loved it - ir suited us perfectly!

We are all about the outdoor property so this suited us perfectly! It is very rustic, but that's what we liked. The home was totally equipped - we wanted for nothing. Everything was in good condition & clean. Definately need a vehicle but not too far to for dining, shopping & outdoor adventure. We would definately stay here again!

Peaceful anniversary getaway

Great and cozy place to stay for our anniversary. Cute home with outdoor games. Quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very responsive and easy check in. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Perfect Getaway

This is a 10/10 property that has all the basics that you will need during your stay. It was spacious enough for my partner and I and there was still room for about 2 more people. The owners were prompt with responding to any questions or concerns and were very friendly. The property itself is located at a good enough distance away from the other cabins so it feels private. We definitely took advantage of all the amenities and games the property has to offer. There’s a city store, coffee shop, and restaurant/bar that’s only 10 minutes away from the property which is nice to have nearby. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and just take a break from the city.

TAKE PICTURES IF YOU SEE A MOUSE!!!

I booked this property for 3 nights, just me, to get away and relax. I checked in, all was smooth. Took a quick nap then started to make dinner. It was quiet and peaceful, just perfect. Then a mouse popped out from under the kitchen cabinet, right beneath the kitchen sink, and looked right at me. I screeched a bit, so it scurried back and escaped under the lip of the kitchen cabinet. I stood in the living area/kitchen, frozen. Then it came out again!? From the same spot. I ran toward the door and it scurried under the lip of the kitchen cabinet. I went in the bedroom to find my phone and it came out a third time from the same spot, so I stomped my foot and it disappeared again. I immediately texted the after-hours service who was quick to respond. I explained I was not comfortable staying and they were very understanding. I packed up and headed to Wimberley to wait and see what the after-hours team told me. I followed up a few times to see if they had another property and they said they did not and that no one could help until the next morning after 8 AM. I live about an hour and a half away, so I just decided to head home and figure it out the next day. I called the office 5 times in the next 3 days. They never called me. Finally, they determined since I did not have pictures and their team did not find evidence of a mouse that I cannot be reimbursed. I'm out about 450 and not relaxed at all. TAKE PICTURES IF YOU SEE A MOUSE!!!!!

Everything we hoped for plus some!

The bed was beyond cozy, everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed (dishes and tools). The washer and dryer was a fantastic amenity. The view of the stars was beautiful. The property was well cleared out to allow us to traipse around. Even our dog loved it. No draw backs at all! ♥️

Very clean. Directions to facility extremely poor. Address is a neighbors who stated people coming to his address is frequent. Difficult getting in locked door. Getting someone to return call poor even though stated they tried. Trash reciprocal at entrance which is a distance from cabin. Would possibly stay again if no other place is available.

Perfect getaway!

Everything was just as expected. Stepped out on the deck to drink my morning coffee and was delighted to several deer. Sitting on the back deck I had a hummingbird bird fly up really close to me. The nature was a wonderful plus to comforts of the home. Thank you and hope to return soon!

Weekend getaway

Perfect for just 2 but no more. Place was very clean. The spacious couch was a far cry from that and was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and hard making rest very difficult and not having the couch to trade off to was a downside. Enjoyed the out doors lighting and sitting areas. Company was great at communicating and getting a response very quickly.

You have to visit!

What an exceptional stay! The location and privacy was exactly what we needed to decompress from a long week. The communication with the property owners was appreciated. Not too much; not too little. This casita was maintained really well. It had everything! Talk about a well-stocked casita. We were surprised that this had everything from coffee to laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. What?! Cool, right? Also, the spot had corn hole, frisbee golf, swings and horseshoes! No phones needed here. Just good ol’ outdoor fun. Overall, 5 stars!

Quiet in the Hills

Highly recommend

Great little place, perfect for a couple. Three decks to choose from for your outside needs (plus a hammock) and a short drive to Wimberly for your funky art intake needs. Even though there are two other houses on the property, they are all situated perfectly for privacy. Definitely recommend for a hill country trip!

Quick Trip

This was perfect for our quick stay at Austin. My in-laws went to visit my brother in law and it was a last minute decision to be in Austin. This tiny house was perfect. It met all our needs. It fit all of us comfortably. My son loved the loft space and he was thankful for the fan that was provided. We didn't have time to use the kitchen or amenities, but it had everything. The neighborhood looked secure and peaceful. All in all, perfect for a small family and a place to get away from city noise.
