This was our 2nd year staying at the cabin. We had a few issues with plumbing working properly. It could have been cleaner. However for the price I really can't complain much. It's a nice location, the pier area is nice. We had great weather so we didn't have to stay in much. I'd go back next year. I hope it get the TLC it needs over the winter.Check-in procedure seemed a little harsh. I was 20 minutes early but told I must wait for the code!

Cottage 2 - wedding weekend

Property was basically just steps from the lake. Quaint 50’s style cottage. Small bedrooms , small living space. Cute but very dated. Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. Notified host and brought to their attention the slipHazard in the tiled showed,and the broken bathroom sink. Overall we had a great time during our stay, but with it not being handicap friendly, I would hope that they modify their description so no one else is disappointed or has issues like we did

Picturesque Cottage Stay

The location had lovely views and a nice layout. Would have enjoyed a warmer setting in the winter months as it was chilly inside.

Cozy Cottage

Booked this cottage last minute and was pleased with the pricing and location. Cottage has more than enough amenities if needed and situated in a small cottage community between two lakes. Property and grounds were clean and quiet. Across the street, there is a coffee/ice cream shop and bar and grill and a few restaurants in walkable distance. About 25 minutes away from lake Michigan with plenty to do in between. Would definitely recommend

Nice Getaway

Nice getaway, designed for outdoor social, not very good for inside social, but we headed out to have good times with a quick game and a couple meals inside. Needs a tv in the small social area, could be on a small table. Could use a deep clean top to bottom but mostly it was clean and safe.

Location is perfect for a short "lake" experience

Everything that you need for a quick little getaway is here at the cabin. Towels and sheets were fresh. A/C was pumping cold air. Beds were decent. Tons of quaint restaurants and an ice cream shop all within walking distance. Since I own a lake cottage, I have a couple of suggestions...bring your own pillows, play toys or floaties for the lake, beach towels and ice. Bikes would be really nice too!

Just a couple things

When we arrived, the microwave dish and the bottom on the refrigerator were not cleaned, so we cleaned them. My sister-in-law said the springs in the futon mattress were uncomfortable to sleep, poked. Best to put in a regular bed?

I was never emailed the door code or the wifi password before my arrival. The cleaning lady let me in. The wifi sucks!! It stays on for about 5 minutes then goes off for 25 minutes. Anything with fabric stunk...I was gagging in there. Had to waste money on fabric spray just to breathe. Will not EVER stay there again! Would like some money back for my stinky stay there!!!!!

Nightmare

Room wasn't ready at 4 said had to make sure it was clean(FNF)..it was dark and cold, disgustingly dirty had to wash sheets ..water was running out black and bathroom sink clogged and there was an army of big fat black ants crawling everywhere! Called and no one seemed to care. 0 STARS

Awesome place

Super place to get out from big city concrete jungles. Management very professional and friendly. Place is clean. Location for fishers and outside fun lovers. We enjoyed three perfect winter days.
