Auberge de la Rose

Excellent value for money. Logis chain but probably franchised and run with a nice personal touch by Madame (didn't catch her name). Clean, modern, breakfast fine but nothing fancy, parking ample, wifi, stayed with 2 small children in a family room for ~100Euros breakfast. Very suitable for a stopover or short stay to explore the area.

Good start

This Logis hotel was a good start to a short break. Ideally located it was easy to find. The hotel has a restaurant but no bar (perhaps the terrace has this function in the summer?). Received a warm welcome from English- speaking owner. The standard room wasn't large, but perfectly fine for 2 nights, with a good bathroom, comfy bed and free wifi. We had a lovely 3 course meal one night, at a very reasonable price.
