Our vacation home, Watt 'n Huus, offers everything you need for a comfortable and carefree vacation.

Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet are provided free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove and dishwasher, as well as appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and a radio. There is an ample supply of dishes and kitchenware, making self-catering a relaxing experience.

The dining table area can be used for shared meals and socializing. A high chair is also available.

The living room area is equipped with a TV (satellite reception) and a small sideboard containing books and games for various age groups. The cozy seating area in the living room invites you to linger.

Additionally, the first floor features a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine.

The attic features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, two wicker chairs with a table, and a TV.

The second bedroom in the attic has been completely redecorated and features a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a small closet and a desk with a chair.

A small children’s play area rounds out the cozy overall atmosphere.

The second bathroom features a toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.

All beds were fitted with new mattresses, comforters, and pillows last year.

The patio has a parasol for shade and a table with chairs for relaxing outdoors. Two lounge chairs are also available for use. Part of the garden is fenced in, allowing even small children to move around freely and safely. The new Weber grill is located in the garden shed, as is the handcart for walks.

A parking space is available right next to the house.

Towels and bed linens can be reserved through our property manager for a fee.

A final cleaning fee of 70 € for the entire vacation home and the visitor’s tax are due upon arrival and must be paid directly to our property manager.

During peak vacation seasons, rentals are only available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Playgrounds, bike rentals, shopping, and various dining options are all within walking distance.

The Sturmfrei recreation center is a 5-minute walk away. The Nessmersiel beach and harbor are a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.

The nearest shopping area, including a bakery, is just a 200-meter walk away.

Our management team is available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

It is not possible to charge electric cars using the vacation home’s electrical outlet. Public charging stations are available.

Many attractions, other towns, and recreational facilities are nearby and easily accessible.
