Hotel had changed hands "about 3 months ago" yet contact details provided by Expedia referred us to the previous owners. Upon arrival, we asked if our room, given us by the automatic check-in, was a quiet. The receptionist then gave us a different room toward the rear of the property. The food in the restaurant was poor so the waiter only charged for one meal. On returning to our room there was a drone of what we believe was a fan coming from above. Around 10:30pm, there was a knock on the door from the guest who had been given our room via his automatic check-in.
Then either guests or staff stopped for a chat and a smoke underneath our window, therefore, with that and the never-ending drone, at about 11:30pm, we decided to leave.
