My wife and I stayed here for one night last year after Tomorrowland. Dinant is absolutely gorgeous, and this hotel is perfectly located right in the city center, which made it easy to explore. Just a heads up for future travelers - taxi and transport options in town are very limited. We ended up walking to the train station the next morning, so plan ahead if you need early transportation. Overall, a great spot in a beautiful town.

24 hours in Dinant

Room was value for money. Perfect for a one night stop over. Hotel staff friendly on check-in. Breakfast was good to have as an option for €17, plenty of options. Loved the waffle maker. A couple of things to note. Our shower fixture did not hold the shower upright, meaning you had to regularly reposition this/ or hand hold. Only one towel provided per person. No hand towels in room. No tea/ coffee facilities in room.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Belgium

Positives: Wonderfully situated hotel on the banks of the river Meuse in Dinant, a really interesting historical town. Easy walk to the Citadel, cable car, and restaurants. Compact ‘school themed’ hotel with a nice selection of rooms, some overlooking the river. Compact breakfast room, bar area and reception. Lift and stairs available. Outside seating area over looking the river. Bar snacks available (pizza, spag bog etc). Comfy bed, hot showers, air con, good amounts of parking with motorcycle parking right outside the door. Some friendly staff, but some not so friendly. Negatives: Unless you smoke beware! The outside seating area is very close to the bar and restaurant and under the bedrooms, so cigarette smoke is everywhere. There is no designated area away from non smokers. I personally found this a major negative.

Over priced for the room

Hotel looks a lot worse than the photos displayed on the site. Our room was located on the below the dining area and lobby, thus noisy and dark. You can see the people walking near your room. The bathroom is like the ones at the cruise ships and the pipe smelled bad. The breakfast buffet is mediocre. Positive feedbacks will be that it was easy checking in and out.

A standard IBIS hotel, a lovely walk along the river to the town. Breakfast was very nice would stay again. The abbey was a good place to visit and try Leffe. Will come back to do the other things available.

Very good hotel and convenient as only a 10 min walk to the center of town. One of a few hotels which had A/C and much needed during the hot weather. Offered parking on site for free and had a nice bar. Located on the riverfront and very nice. Didn't have their breakfast as cost but many options in town. Would stay here again and thank you for an enjoyable stay.
