Whales, waves, and hot-tub nights! Whale Watch is an oceanfront Dillon Beach retreat for 10 with panoramic Pacific views, a private hot tub, two oceanfront decks, and a game room. Walk about 15 minutes to the beach or drive there in 3, then come home for ping pong, BBQs, sunset drinks, and seasonal whale watching right from the deck.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed. We have deer, fox etc
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
The Beach is off-leash

10 people max day or night — NO drop-in guests — NO parties (HOA w/ security)
Driveway is steep — must follow arrival instructions to avoid scraping vehicle
4 cars max — NO on-street parking
Please be mindful of water usage
NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house


⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
