This was a sister's trip to Sky Valley, and it was a FABULOUS time!!!!! My sisters and I were very excited for this trip, so having such a beautiful place was the cherry on top!! Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for the 4 of us, and we were so pleased with how comfortable the beds and linens were. 3 days with my sisters - everyone sleeping good made for a relaxing trip ;) We are planning a golfing weekend next year, and we hope to stay here again. For future guests, and this has nothing to do with the home itself - were the very confusing road signs & a slight GPS signal delay heading up to the residence. And since we spent most of our time out on the back deck, I had to sweep tree debris off the deck - it would have been nice to have the deck blown off before our arrival.

We loved our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The space is well laid out and nicely furnished. There were little details that made it super thoughtful. The house was conveniently located and the view was spectacular. I will definitely rebook for our next trip!

Lise was very helpful. She gave us ideas of things to do before we got there, answered all questions. The cabin is adorable and very clean. It is way up on a mountainside. The view in the spring must be amazing withe mountain laurel and rodedendron.

If you had to pick a place to book your vacation where it rained the entire time, this is the house to rent. The house was cozy with a great wood burning fireplace and the mountain view and Fall color were wonderful even with all the rain. The pictures of this beautifully decorated house are accurate. The location is perfect and easily accessible.We look forward to going back in better weather to enjoy the outdoor deck and take advantage of the amenities offered at the Sky Valley Resort.

Everything was optimal for our visit. The only item that would have enhanced our stay would have been to have some way to clear the leaves off the rear balcony. We felt we couldn’t use it due to the volume of leaves and tree debris.

The cabin is just as it looks in the pictures. Perfect size and setup for a quite gathering. Felt very welcomed as soon as we stepped in the house. Lise, the host, was very attentive and quick to answer emails. Definitely recommend it!
