Showed up to check in and they had no room. They showed my reservation, even sent me this survey, no room. We had to struggle to find accommodations. It was probably for the best, because the place was nothing like what we expected.

Booked a non- smoking room for my son who has asthma and respiratory issues- got to the front desk and told “we’re all sold out of non-smoking”- reservation was booked and paid for in full a week ago. There are reasons people book non- smoking rooms- honor the reservation-

Cancelled our reservations without notification

We booked on hotels.com and arrived by 8:30 pm. Motel 6 cancelled our reservations since they were "overbooked" and we had not arrived by 6pm, they sold our rooms to someone else. The entire city was overbooked and we had to find another hotel 30 miles away. No notice, no phone call to see when we will arrive. Terrible service. We had to contact hotels.com to insure they didn't try to charge us for the 2 nights we had booked. DO NOT TRUST the management at this Motel 6. They have no scruples and barely speak English.
