The thermostat in our room didn’t work and the room was miserably hot to sleep in. Apparently this hotel is updating their heating system and the new thermostats need to have the batteries changed out so often. However, not all staff appear to know much about this. The windows were opened in the pool area in the middle of the winter with very cold weather. Therefore, we couldn’t use the pool area. The windows were frozen open and there was steam coming off the pool. The room was very clean.

So disappointed, we paid for a queen bed/accessible. I use a cpap. There was no plug that we could find next to the bed. The only one was in the bathroom and entry way. We finally found one on the wall where the bed was but had to move a heavy bed to get to it. Speaking of the bed, it was a full, at most a double. Definitely not a queen, on my side on one side of the bed I could reach the other side of the bed. I am a short person. Called the front desk about the outlets, they did not even offer any advice or assistance. There is practically no where to set your bathroom toiletries, it was very frustrating to try and take care of things while juggling things around the one small shelf, that already had their stuff on it and the barely there sides of the sink. This was perhaps the most disappointing room I have ever stayed in. They sent us a text to check out, offer feedback. Told them the above and have received no response. Will never stay here again and will not recommend. I had lost my daughter, and to experience this after having to deal with that was extremely upsetting. To top it off, the side door read the card, but would not release the door so my partner had to walk all the way around, let me in so I could open the door when he got our things from the car. Total disappointment.
