Room had pee on the toilet seat, water was running, there was a key still left in the room, the fridge was NASTY. Overall, front desk was great.

Booked this property mid-May for June 20th-22nd. It was a king bed room with a pull out couch and the reservation showed it was for 2 adults and 2 children. Went to make up the couch for kids and realized they provided no bedding or pillows. Went to the front desk and the just said sorry, we've given all the extras away because of the extra kids staying here. Except my kids werent extra. My room was reserved for 4 people so those should have been provided. I got a shrug and we'll talk to the housekeep in the morning. Turns out we didnt need the bedding because the AC was broken. It had an error code and was just blowing air from outside. So we all roasted all night long. The room is dated and dirty/stained. Other items that we had issues with were the rod for the shower curtain was falling off so the curtain would not stay closed and came open about 6-12 inches on both sides. We checked out a day early because of the issues we had. When I checked out and explained the issues, I was told that i would get $143 refunded when the person that could do it was there later in the day. It was $400 for the 2 nights booked and 2 days later, I still do not shiw that I have a refund pending. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Small rooms, cheap beds not comfortable, tv didn't work, card keys didn't work after checking in then again the next day. However the room was clean and staff was friendly.

Literal stay from Hell

I was going to stay for 2 nights. Many of my other friends stayed there as well with our kids. When we first got there, we were told that there were no key cards, but one master key. That we would need to have a guy escort us to our rooms whenever we needed to get in. This guy was nice, but was NOT an actual employee of the hotel. First red flag. We were told that this guy was the “special friend” of the receptionist. All of our rooms were gross. Mine had a hole in the wall, a broken air conditioner, a nice musty mold smell, dirty wet carpet, a dirty ceiling, dirty sheets, a dirty bathroom and light switches. The cherry on top was when I pulled my covers up to sleep that night and a giant booger patch was on the outside of the comforter. Bleh. The pool area was gross, dirty pool stairs up to the slide, a dripping ceiling in the pool area, and sharp spots on the pool floor in the kid’s area. The pool was missing the floating logs to jump onto while holding onto the ropes ect. The breakfast was fine, wasn’t great, afterwards we had to find someone to walk us to our rooms. The employee on staff said that she didn’t have time to take us to our rooms. Proceeded then to hand me the MASTER KEY CARD TO THE HOTEL. Then told me to give my 13 YEAR OLD SON the key to bring it back to the desk. We decided right then to find a different hotel for that night. Huge SAFETY ISSUE. They refused to refund us. Even though we have picture evidence. P.S. I have more pics ;)

This stay was horrible. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one night in the filthy room! I had some bugery slime all over the walls, the towels in the room were brown. The blankets were stained. Unfortunately the filth wasnt the reason I left. The night before we checked in the hotels key card coder caught fire so the hotel was unable to give guest key cards. I understand this was out of the hotels control. However the next morning after breakfast when it was time to head back to my room I was handed the master key from a teen age boy who had just opened his room and passed it on. It was being handed around from guest to guest with no supervision. This had me very concerned for my belongings but mostly for my daughter's and I's safety. The hotel denys this is what happened and is so rude and could care less about the safety of the guest. Do not stay here. There's so many more things I could write but I just dont want to give it any more of my time.

Property was just good enough to not cancel last minute. Property is not well maintained. Grout was cracking in bathroom floor. Shower was not cleaned. There was hair in it. Floors not swept in kitchenette. Waterpark was fun for kids, but water was cold. Battery was low in a smoke detector or CO2 detector in hallway, so there was a lovely chirping noise every 37 seconds. This made sleeping difficult. But beds were comfy and breakfast was decent.

The staff was lazy and annoyed when we asked for a towel after 3 nights. Then questioned us why we would need more towels. The hotel was not clean and it was in need of repairs. Simple things like a missing outlet cover were not taken care of.
