Prescott Country Club Condo on Golfcourse

Cozy condo overlooking the Prescott Country Club Golf Course sleeps up to 4 persons. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, a very large walk-in closet, living room with a comfy queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking golf course, patio with gas grill, chairs, bistro set (watch the golfers go by during the day and wildlife at night). The condo is on the ground floor and nobody is above.

We provide a non-smoking environment. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the unit. Please use outdoor areas for smoking only.

Small dogs (under 20lbs) are welcome with an additional $200 fee. If not charged at time of booking, an additional fee charge request will be sent. Please also note; pets should not be left unattended. We ask that our guests let us know at time of booking if there is a pet staying with them.

**We strongly encourage our guests to purchase traveler’s insurance for your stay.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels, pillows, etc. .. Looking out on the golf course and seeing the fellows mowing early in the morning...followed by the golfers was fun for us. We spent most of our time with our daughter and her family during the day, coming back to a quiet place was nice and relaxing!

We found grease on the stove, dirty dishes in the cabinet and blue water behind the toilet. The Mattress was uncomfortable. The decor was very nice and the unit inexpensive.

We love this place!

Bed is a full or queen . It makes a noise every time you move. Needs a new mattress . King. Unit reminds me of 1980 with popcorn ceiling. Dated furniture. Bathroom lacks safety bars to prevent falls. Carpet in bedroom has large stain. Patio furniture needs replacement . Yard has plastic coming thru rooks. Tv service : no basic stable . You are expected to login to apps to use, not user friendly. Be sure bring shampoo conditioner and bath products. AC worked very good. Did not use heat. Golf course nice , no Mountain View’s. Area quiet . Driveway parking, no garage. We left 2 days early due to above.

Great Rental at Prescott Golf Club

We stayed for a week to tune up our golf game. Ideal location right on the course. The condo had everything we needed. Everything worked well. Has a nice patio right on hole #9. The kitchen knives were sharp! I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo on the golf course

This was a very relaxing place to stay. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the comfort of his chair on the patio. It was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed looking at he scenery from the dining table every afternoon.

Prescott Country Club Condo

The bed was a bit soft and bowed in the middle. The location of the condo was perfect for our trip and the patio has plenty of shade in the morning for coffee. It was an easy drive to downtown Prescott and Lynx Lake. The golf course is well maintained and I had a great 18 holes of golf with our friend.

On the fairway

I really enjoyed watching the people on the golf course, workers, golfers, and dog walkers! The sprinklers came on an provided a great show too. The unit was very cute and practically furnished with everything we needed for cooking, reading, and streaming.
