Located next to the spirit of Tasmania terminal, it’s clean. It has gym which is great. The room is nice and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly but the room don’t have table and chair to do my paperwork and the bathroom make a lot of mess after shower, the water spread to all over the floor, the curtain in the shower is too short to prevent the water spread to all over the floor out side the bath room.

Very convenient for boarding early morning to Spirit of Tasmania. Just not enough space/facility to even make a cup of coffee - although expected to not able to fill the kettle provided in a motel, when trying to use the mug to fill up the kettle, no space to put down the kettle, really a struggle. Only one heavy, awkward armchair to shuffle around the very tiny space, would rather be provided a simple straight back chair. The super-tiny "shelf" above the basin could not hold even a recharge without having to move provide soap etc to the room "desk" which is equally so small that it is inconvenient
