Such a SHAME - It's a beautiful new facility and they seem to not have any employees... We stayed with another family for 1 full week (SUN to SAT) to attend our kids sporting event and only got our rooms touched ONCE on Thursday, and that was to finally replace towels and take out trash. There was never anyone at the front desk to ask about it; They're there for check-in and then disappear. Multiple times I saw guests wait at the desk like myself and we left becuase no one was ever there. The 5th floor hallway was only vacuumed once the entire week, which was gross. People put their trash outside their doors and there it sat. The pool and gym never were cleaned or had the trash or used wet towels taken away - they just piled up all week, just like in our rooms. You had to ask to get a pool towel to use (if you could catch someone at the desk to ask) becuase there were none stocked. The pool was also Chlorine, not saltwater. Only 4 feet deep. The pool area was also tiled with glazed tiles, which were super slippery when wet. The Elliptical in the gym had a frozen screen. The bike needed a Peloton login apparently, as the screen was also frozen when trying to work as a 'guest'. The 2 treadmills did work. The only area that anyone seemed to take any pride in was the breakfast bar. The lady who worked there kept it stocked and clean. The breakfast selection was very good. That was the only redeeming thing about the stay.

The floor of the room was not vacuumed thoroughly, ane there was a big black hair on the clean towels. The food area was not kept clean during breakfast. There was a limited tea bag collection.

It’s really a extended stay America or Candlewood suites for double the cost , Hilton name on this hotel makes no sense you only get your room cleaned once a week if your lucky, so imagine the filth the hotel has seen , I also found some sort of bug in my bed wich is not surprising because if your only hiring house keepers one day of week to do full services what do you think your hotel cleanliness would look like , I feel like the owner is very cheap trying to keep evry dollar only hiring housekeepers for full service once a week , super clogged yucky drains also , no towels in the pool area and yucky pool area I felt grossed out

Great breakfast. Newer room updates. Kids loved the room layout. Pool was perfect depth for 6 and 9 year old. They could touch bottom throughout the entire pool.

No Housekeeping!

Family trip, stayed here for 3 nights. Had 2 rooms, didn’t receive housekeeping at all in either room! We had to ask for garbage bags and all we got was a large black bag to take out our own garbage and had to go down to reception to get more towels. No amenities in the rooms. No microwave, no coffee machine. Will not be back!
