Sadly, my stay started off well, but ended with a high level of dissatisfaction. The morning of departure, I spoke with the front desk for the need of a late check out (by one hour, instead of noon to 1PM, my flight was delayed). There was two attendants at the desk. One attendant was polite. The other attendant first asked my what room I was in (note, I was in a standard king). Without checking or gathering additional information, she proceeds to tell me that the latest I could start was 12:00 or I would have to pay the fee of an additional night for a couple hours after (note, I only needed one hour extension of the standard checkout time), but ok, if that is your policy, it’s noted for any future considerations for stay.
