Check in was terrible. Our room wasn’t ready over an hour past check in time. They gave us a different room that STILL wasn’t ready. They finally gave us one that was available and said it was due to being fully booked (which was not our fault/problem). The woman checking us in asked if we were HYAT members, when I said no, she explained she was going to give us 5000 points but didn’t offer anything else since we weren’t. I would definitely not book here again.

Our new home away from home.

The hotel is fantastic. Front desk/Check in was easy & the staff was kind. Bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was fantastic. Great location right off I-75 and extremely convenient. The only issue is the parking. Hotel is built on a very narrow lot.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, we came in for the FIR concert and we were welcomed with a clean, brand new hotel and great staff! Breakfast was on the higher side for a “hotel” breakfast. Go eat at Bad Brads BBQ, it’s 5 mins away and the food is amazing!
