As disappointed that this hotel was listed as including breakfast when actually there was an upcharge. The other amenity that was not up to par was the pool hot tub not working water cool. Oh the hotel is clean I requested the air vents to be dusted washed to the heating / cooling unit. Something I feel every Hotel should do on regular basis when the room is cleaned. With construction still around this hotel it's difficult to approach in poor weather. Making very important for the amenities to be up to par. Friendly and helpful staff

Part of the hotel (and a good portion of the surrounding access road and parking lot) were under construction, which was a little annoying. (Could only get to parketing lot via two gravel roads.) The front desk staff upon check in was abrupt and unfriendly. Bathroom floor was not clean under the sink. There was a piece of paper under the ottoman. I guess for the price this hotel was ok. There was major construction of a building going up and the roadway was dirt and dust.
