It was horrible pool room was cold under staffed breakfast was limited do to so many people staying and being understaffed it was hard to keep up with morning rush for breakfast staff in kitchen was very rude kids beat on my door all night I made several complaints nothing was done

My room was at one end of the hall and they were actively shampooing carpets in the rooms on the other end of the hall. As soon as I took my shoes off, my socks were instantly wet. Thankfully, I was only changing and then going to my event for the next five hours. By the time I got back, the carpet was dry. A little bit of warning by the front desk when I checked in would have been nice. Other than the wet carpet my stay was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower was huge. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, and French toast. I would definitely stay here again.

Have requested cleaning of the room during a two night stay but no cleaning was done. We came back to a dirty room had to request new sheet and towels. Changed our bed ourselves.

Breakfast decent . Fruit was gone by the time I arrived. However, they did replenish it when I was leaving. Kids liked the pastries and sausage and French toast sticks. Room was clean . Some guests made some noise at night.

Unfortunate how under staffed they are. I stayed for 6 nights with no room service even though I requested it twice. This is the first time I’ve ever had to buy bleach wipes and go over the entire bathroom on the first day. The toilet wasn’t fully emptying so I called for maintenance. The desk told me to come down and get the plunger to do it myself. Breakfast was nice. Pool and fitness area were very nice. Location is great. Just a bummer you can tell they need more employees.
