"To make it short.. flies inside the room. No AC and it was 32 Celsius inside. Had to self check in. Tried to explain to the staff that it was hot inside the cabins and my kids couldn’t take it. They said they couldn’t help. Had to write an email and wait 7 days for them to come back.
