Sit in the brand new bar height furniture on the open balcony and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze from the beach. It has band new wood flooring throughout the entire condo. The unique mirrored walls in the living and dining area expands the space. The hall bath has a corner shower. The living area and master have large glass doors going out onto the open balcony. The master has a private bath with new counter tops and double sinks. There are 42”, 40" and 50” LCD TV in the respective rooms to enjoy while relaxing under the new ceiling fans in each room.
