I booked this for my parents as they aren't web user friendly! They absolutely LOVED this location. Their first time ever having an ocean view room. The decor was modern, the unit was clean and the stay was one they won't forget. They loved it so much they wanted to extend but others love it so much it wasn't available! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The unit was exactly as pictured, clean, and had everything we needed for my family. The place was close to everywhere we wanted to go in Destin. It was so nice to have access to multiple pools on the facility and direct beach access. We would recommend to any one or any family. The host was phenomenal and even helped us navigate an item that we left. We are appreciative of his help and staff at the resort. We hope to come back in the future !

Nice place to stay, but smaller than expected for the price we paid. (We have stayed at many resorts in different areas of Florida). We were on the 16th floor so we had to deal with the elevators. Two days there was an elevator out of service, which left only 3 in service. One day they must of been working on the bathroom in the place above us and the second to last night there was loud banging in the middle of the night right above us in our bedroom. Floors are not soundproof at all. I would recommend Destin if you have kids but if you are looking for a place for just you and spouse, look elsewhere. Destin is extremely busy and driving anywhere takes forever. We didn’t get to eat at any of the recommended restaurants because 1.) the wait was always 1-2 hours and 2.) we could never find a parking spot.

Resort dated but in good location. Unit itself was not as described for 10/10 excellent ratings. Master closet was full of cleaning supplies including dirty mop bucket, trash can, linens on floor. Master bathroom shower curtain with mold .Hair & sand all over floors. 2nd bedroom linens dirty on beds. Disappointed.

We had a great time

The condo was so clean and just like the pictures when we arrived. It was in a great location and had security walking around 24/7 so I felt very safe. Tufan communicated with me wonderfully and made this such an easy check in/ out. Would definitely stay again!
