Soak up the Florida Sunshine in your complimentary beach chairs (March 1-Oct 31) at Shoreline Towers! Outstanding views on 300 feet of protected private beach. Simply ride the elevator down and walk out to the beach. The three spacious bedrooms feature 2 king rooms plus queen bunks in the 3rd bedroom. You'll have plenty of room to relax. While this property is brand new to VRBO we are premier hosts and know what our guests expect in a vacation rental. We are updating our photos regularly as our improvements are completed. A spacious table that seats 8 so everyone fits or grab a seat at the counter to visit as meals are prepared in the kitchen. Need to do a bit of work while you're down? We've got a large desk to accommodate. The living room features a couch and loveseat and 55-inch television. Feel the sea breeze on your face on the balcony or watch the water from the sunroom. There are televisions in all the bedrooms so you can stream to your delight. Shoreline Towers recently finished a major update to the property and it is spectacular. You'll enjoy the large pool, tennis court, shuffle board, sauna, workout room and club house. Come see our Fresh new look for 2026. The gated community features security and managed access. Tower 1 is beachfront with no streets to cross - all you'll have to cross is the dune to settle on the sugar white sands of our private beach. The location at Gulf Shore Drive and Harbor Boulevard/Hwy 98 cannot be beat with everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, convenience store and souvenirs are all located right outside the entrance. You'll also have easy access to Hwy 98 at a traffic light - a real travelers delight! We even have a catch and release fishing lake! We're happy to answer any questions you may have as we make this property a place you'll make cherished memories.
