Perfect spot for a getaway

Destin week end trip

Upscale property on the beach with beautiful view. Perfect property for 2 couples or a family. On the beach and near restaurants but kitchen and dining area to allow you to eat in as well. Nicely decorated / fun / upbeat vibe very welcoming. Great place and well run. Property managers were very helpful and accessible!!! Highly recommend!!

Great stay

Very nice, great views, beach was great. GREAT communication with owners making sure everything was good. The elevator near the rental was off and on if it worked but definitely not a deal breaker. You will enjoy your stay here.

Great property & clean condo

Owners were very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Pelican Beach Resort was well set up for a family and had eating options on site. Great beach, although the front of the beach was blocked off for rental resort chairs (common with other complexes too). Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Overall very pleased with our stay and will be back.

Just gorgeous

The condo was beautifully-decorated, sparkling clean, and very up to date. The owners were so responsive, and went above and beyond in making the condo comfortable. The view was spectacular too. We hope to book it when we return with the family next year!

Perfect getaway

We had no trouble entering and getting signed into the property. The unit was pristine and had a great view of down the beach and the main drag. The bed in the master was so soft. I needed that mattress. We really enjoyed our stay. I’m anti-beach service so that was a bit of a bummer. If you didn’t pay for beach service you had to sit maybe 150’ from the beach and only had a small view of the water. We made the best of it though.

AMAZING

We were nervous about going hearing about hurricane Ian coming but so Thankful we went. I have to add that I got ahold of the owners with our worries and with no hesitation they got back to us and went above and beyond calling the locals and getting the info that we needed. The weather in Destin was still perfect to us. It was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and the view from the room was absolutely awesome! The beach was outstanding! We will definitely book to stay here again!

Nice week in Destin

My wife and 3 kids had a great week in destin. The property is clean and nice and beautiful views from 19th floor . Elevators were fast but no AC so a little hot. Beach chairs and umbrella are 100$/day for family if 5 so we stayed at pool and walked to the beach.. would definitely recommend location and Barry was very attentive to every question.

GIRLS weekend getaway!

My friends & I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo, very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty towels and the beds were very comfortable. Awesome place to stay!

Beautiful Condo!

We had a couple of hiccups and the weather wasn't great but the condo was lovely and spacious. The elevator was not always working so the secret way up didn't really work for us but it was nice when it did 🙂 Would recommend 👍🏼
