Front desk staff was very friendly and tried to fix issues. That said: Waterpark was closed except 1 small pool and hot tub. Hot tub was luke warm at best and jets wouldn't turn on. We booked 2 rooms, one smelled like stale smoke and the other had an overwhelming vomit smell. We asked for new rooms which were better but still extremely old and run down. Toilet was falling off the wall and barely flushed. Sliding door on bathroom wouldn't lock or stay shut. Rooms were FILTHY. TV didn't have actual channels (some sort of Tivo app), beds were so hard/firm we tried to lay on pillows to sleep, huge dents and holes in walls, carpet ripped up in multiple places, etc etc. Continental breakfast is also a joke unless you would like corn flakes and a banana. Coffee was good though. Positives: Jessi in Boss' pizza restaurant was AWESOME and the meal was outstanding. Arcade was super fun with an excellent mix of games and everything worked. This property needs a major overhaul.

The front desk staff was amazing! That is about all I can say that was good. The pool was about a foot short of water, smelled so badly of pee, there was poop in the ship, zero towels. The room, had the last guests garbage left in it. There was no hot water, zero. Cold water and no pool towels, we were microwaving our bathtowels. And unfortunately, our 5 year old ended up with pink eye, and a double ear infection. The whole stay makes me gag.

Dirty nasty rooms pool hallways. Damage to room doors and walls. The whole place smelled of marijuana. Staff was extremely rude and aggressive in the pool area. All around felt dangerous and disgusting. Horrible place to take children.

Horrible experience. The pool area was overwhelming my full with unauthorized kids and adults, yet the staff did nothing to kick people out. Kids were smoking weed in the rooms and public bathrooms. At approximately 9pm there was a shooting near the pool area less than 50 feet from the table my family was sitting at. We had to evacuate the building and ultimately left the property for safety concerns. Worst experience in a hotel.

We agreed to move rooms because the suite we ordered a few weeks before was unavailable. We were put in separate rooms and told one was free. Put a little damper on our family time together. The Internet constantly lost connection. The volume on the remote in rm 170 does not work. We did get a message shortly after arrival asking how the room was. I sent the concerns and never got a response. The shower water control in rm 172 is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. The room temperature control is unstable. It just seemed to not remain on the setting we programmed. We realized it would be a bit noisy, but it was out of control. Constant sounds of children running up and down the hallways late in the evening. Random knocking on our doors. Saturday evening around 9-9:30 about the time I was getting my grandkids to bed we heard a vacuum cleaner. Upon my checkout I wanted to know if I had received my AARP discount. I was told no because there was already a discount on my bill, but they didn't know what it was. She said they could not give two discounts. Neither desk personnel asked if I had a good stay or even thanked me for staying. Took two of my grandkids to the attached restaurant for lunch Saturday. The chicken plate was both pieces looking like they were the smallest available. The macaroni was a very small serving and the boneless wings were apparently lukewarm. We did leave a tip as the waitress was also our cook and bartender taking care of a customer.

The breakfast area had very few choices, was slow, and nobody spoke English so it was hard to ask questions. The owner of the restaurant told us he hates breakfast because they use his establishment and was rude. The toilet kept running and had to fix it. Our TV wouldn't connect, so unable to use. There were holes all over the carpet. The towel holders are broken and our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. It was very hard to breathe in the pool area, because there was no ventilation. The front desk staff was amazing!!! The lifeguards were awesome!!!
