Located just 4-12 minutes to all hospitals, Universities, & downtown Des Moines, and just 5 blocks walking distance to Beaverdale's city center for coffee shops, yoga, grocery, and cute boutiques. Super cute and convenient

Place is super cute, furnished with all the necessities, clean comfortable and efficient. Owner is responsive and quick to help. There are 3 fantastic restaurants within 15 min walk. The Flying Mango, featured on Food network Diners, Drive-ins and Dives is also close. We can also recommend Waveland Golf course nearby! Really fun course and hilly as the name suggests. :)

The hosts were welcoming & easy to communicate with. The property was peaceful, we even heard owls in the trees. A magical spot in DSM. Close to parks, great places to eat and a homey feel. Plus their dog was a sweetheart. It was a comfortable spot! Thank you!!
