Clean and roomy!

This was exactly what we needed for our families. The check-in and check-out process was easy! The my wife put the finishing touches on the wedding cake in the kitchen, so it was exactly what she needed for that! The house was very clean, and we had plenty of room for all our family members and two dogs. The property managers were easy to work with! We highly recommend this property as a base camp for family events and weddings! Thanks!

Super awesome location, property and communication!

We rented for a group of 10 so that we could attend our daughter’s wedding. The property exceeded our expectations!! There was some garbage left in the garage and to the side of the house, but that was due to the last renters checking out after trash day - understandable. We would definitely stay here again —- and again!

Perfect family reunion spot in Arvada!

Denver is the perfect place to unite geographically diverse family members in the summer, except for the fact that it is difficult/expensive to find a house that accommodates everyone. This place is absolutely a gem in that regard! Four bathrooms kept everyone happy and out of each other's way, and the two preschoolers in our party absolutely loved the game room and the big backyard. The house itself is also just generally beautiful and in great shape.

Great location and accomodations in the Denver Metro area

We were in the Denver area to celebrate a family special occasion. Normally, we would have stayed at our son's home, or our daughter's home in Springs, but all of our children and grandchildren were coming to the area as well, and we needed a larger home base to accommodate our good sized group.This rental was nicely located less than a half hour from downtown Denver, if you timed it right with traffic, and super close to Kings Sooper and Walmart for stocking up on groceries...both within about 2 miles.It has a large, lovely, and nicely maintained, fenced in backyard area for the grandkids to run around and play, and for the grownups to play the yard games we'd brought along. The grill was great for doing a barbecue for dinners.The open concept home was nice for visiting with a well appointed and centrally located large kitchen area, yet also had good quiet spaces if people needed to work, or just needed a break from kid chaos. The bedroom areas were nice sized and comfortable, and the kids room with the trundle beds were a fan fav with the grandkids who had a cousin slumber party. My husband felt the bathrooms were a bit small, but with our bigger group, it was nice to have four bathrooms. Water pressure was great for showers and hot water was reliable. The home had plenty of room for people to not feel overcrowded and there were good gathering spaces both up and downstairs.Overall, it was a terrific house at a reasonable price in a wonderful location.

Great location

Nice remodeled home! There were 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that accommodated our family well. Close to Golden and downtown Denver. Would recommend for large families. Owner easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Stay!

We booked this rental for our family to have a home base during our daughter's wedding week. We absolutely loved staying here. Plenty of spacious rooms and bathrooms for everyone, a great kitchen where I was able to bake the wedding cake and all of the desserts for the wedding, and the house is in a great location near everywhere we needed to go. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing, allowing our family to spend lots of quality time together easily. The property managers were friendly and communicative as well. Highly recommend this property, and we will be back for sure!

Wedding Trip

We were in town for our daughter's wedding in Golden. The house was everything it was advertised to be and we loved it. It has obviously been remodeled and they did a great job with it. Thanks for making a special time for us easy with this great place to stay.

Fantastic Place

This was a great find to accommodate so many of us. We had so much fun. This place was extremely clean and spacious. The inside has obviously been updated and is really, really nice. The kitchen/dining area is very open, which we loved and provided quite a few pots/pans, lots of plates/cups etc. There were not a lot of large pots for making pasta or one pot meals but we definitely cooked in using what was provided. Cooking utensils were a little flimsy but functional. There were plenty of baking pans. There is a grill which we used that worked fine. The backyard doesn't really have a large patio and the grass both in front/back was a little overgrown, so I wouldn't say it's great for hanging out and playing in but the inside is so nice, you won't miss it. The kitchen had a large fridge as well. The downstairs area was fun with the foosball table and some games for the kids and additional tv! There were also plenty of towels provided for each guest. There are also a washer/dryer on site that came in handy. The beds were comfortable though one of the downstair's queen beds and upstair's queen might need new slats because they fell at times and made the bed sink in a little but comfortable none the less. We went to the Zoo, Meow Wolf, Boulder and Idaho Springs and this was perfectly located to get to those places no problem. There were several stores and restaurants around the area. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

Lots of space for a group.

Excellent location for our stay and plenty of room for our 6 adults. We attended a conference in Golden and were very close to the interstate and within 10-15 minutes of the conference venue. Only advice would be to equip the kitchen with more and newer cooking utensils. Only one very used frying pan and sauce pan. Needed dish cloths and dish towels. We did call the manager and receive new dish towels the next day after check in. We would recommend this home for a stay in the Arvada area though!
