This is a truly wonderful place to stay. This is my first proper B&B experience, and it was lovely in every way. The home is an amazing late 1800's victorian home clearly very well taken care of both inside and out. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic with so many food and shopping options available within walking distance (I recommend the Irish pub around the corner!). And the best part are the owners, both fascinating people that make the home feel alive. The provided breakfast is quite amazing as well, I had homemade granola in yogurt and homemade banana bread with berries :)

Hello all! This place cannot be any more central in Denver. Walking distance to all the food and drink you want. (Pub across the street)fantastic Mexican restaurant we visited 2 times out of three days. We were in Denver for 3 total days and stayed with them for 2 night. Judith made sure we were taken care of even on the night we didn’t stay and sent us with food on our early departure morning which was fantastic! Judith and Doc were wonderful, welcoming and warm hosts. We also loved being greeted by Wilson and Lucy every time we came in. You can’t get that in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to Judith and Doc, so accommodating.

It was so bad, we did not stay there and found a hotel. The property is extremely old, run down, dirty and dusty and my wife is allergic to dust. The property is not habitable.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The facilities were outdated and musty. The B & B is near a busy road, and there was traffic noise all night. Not a problem if you are used to it, but it kept me up.

Great value for the price

Comfortable room, pleasant stay. Breakfast was tasty, and the hosts were very friendly. Everything as expected. A great value for the money. There's a fair amount of street noise that can bleed into the room, so I recommend bringing a sound machine.
